Nice! Perfectly explained use of push hands. This technique works even if the opponent wiggles out of the arm bar/lock transition. However, you must continue your transition (circle) to a position behind the opponent. If you lose the arm lock and step back, you could get hit with a punch to the back of your head. And yes, Hsing-i and its related styles are NOT ring sports and those strikes to the back of the head are real and potentially deadly. Nice video!
