@IMuslimI this is a islamic nasheed and yes there is a girl in the video but the main word there is girl the video is for kids its trying to make their deen stronger and tell in them to belive in their self and God loves them. If men cant control themself why are they on this page. They do have videos with lyrics they can be there instead. Also dont go round using the word haraam lightly for everything isnt as i am told im 13 and cant belive how childish this comment is.

I just feel that there are so many other aspects to discuss yet a debate goes on that is contrary to this very song. The very first line says "Social expectations drowns us all inside....................and then goes on to say that god loves me.

My parents, grand parents and great grand parents lived there and experienced the opression of apartheid and I grew up in Cape Town on the "Cape Flats" (Thats where they moved most of the residents to) . This video is an expression of so many things yet the sad focus falls on the girl and her hijab, Allah knows best and hence he is the only judge.
