No you don't, those dogs are the bane of kennels everywhere. They are not normally well behaved. They tend to be difficult to control, they don't listen when you call or yell,they jump and spaz out a lot, they yap, and they chew a lot. (They can chew through a sky-kennel, mid-flight.)

If you insist on getting one, choose one that's calm ,but not shy, when young, and be prepared to train it as early as possible. Even then, you still might find it hard to control.
