  • The nastiest Todd Edwards track EVER...I LOVE this damn record. I have the gold vinyl on Ore records and the one on Locked On

  • Ace

  • @jimboogie Yeah! You should check out Todd's remix of Zoot Woman's "Taken It All" !! There's also a Knight Club remix (on the same remix release) which is half of Daft Punk, I believe!

  • Sweet! Could give the pitch a little flick down Lol Nah nice one fella

  • such a unique groove...

  • Thanks for this. Didn't know the name of this song but luckily i could just make out 'running away',so Googled this + Todd Edwards = this page, profit! :D

  • @AnalliseOutland15 or buy it legally?

  • Check the Credits for "Face to Face" ... Todd worked with Daft Punk, that's why it has that unmistakable sound to it :o)

  • what a tune!!... headphones on.. and busting some moves in my front room.. happy days!!

  • Nicole is still blowing the roofs off in Europe!

Most under recognized talent in US history.

  • probably Todd Edward's best track

  • @Dazzer1234567 Yes agree. Such brilliance, and what a musical memory for me.

  • Thomas Bangalter used a sample of this track with a TR909 in a live set. Great moment.

  • @Housetraxx Yep, live @ the arches!

  • Absolutely love this : )

  • todd worked with daft punk on the discovery album

  • 0:27 a sample from Daft punk-face to Face??

  • this song came out 5 years before Face To Face

  • Kinda funny, cause earlier on I was listening to Face to Face. I'm thinking to myself, "Man, this sounds a LOT like Todd." Now I find out that Todd worked with Daft.

  • @PecheRecords lulz n00b

  • @nickholm fuck you , you hairy pussy!

  • @PecheRecords It could be the other way around though! Peche you found the High Life sample, look into it!

  • I remember buying this and not even knowing about the Todd Remix. Music doesn't get much better than this. 5*

  • This tune - is a God's send - unbelievable vibes - Woop WOOO!!!!!!!!

  • Listen and enjoy...

  • love this to the bone!

  • this has so much vibes

  • Nice little REMIX Todd...

  • Early days of the almighty but groovy tune

  • Does anyone know where I can grab an mp3 of this?

  • this track is almost holy big up urself scart1981 u are the don

  • Amazing!! I heard this in Daft Punk - Arches Glasgow. I felt in love immediately!! thats awesome

  • This tune is awesome, even today it still sounds out of this world!

  • An old Graeme Park fave. This is the speed to play it at too Ronnie boy!

  • I love this track, sounds better speeded up.

  • I agree speed this beat up a touch, coz iam to use to how EZ played it on a mix i downloaded. but this beat sounds like Todd Edwards co produced it with someone like Tuff jam (check out"need good love") , because Todd usually chops up vocals in smaller chunks.

  • depends on the situation ... usually i'll play it at this tempo, but if i need to up it a few bpm, then i don't have a problem in doing it!

  • you are brilliant

  • i'm playing todd all the time in the hostel and nobody gets it. people hear it and think it's just rubbish dance music.

  • I played todd all the time at my university and got similar reactions. Soon his music will get fashionable like drum and bass did in the late 90s and then all the middle class people will jump on it like sheep.

  • Yeah, it's weird. I've been playing Todd since the early 90s (Sound of One - As I Am). And I have yet to convince anyone of his genius. (Same with J Dilla. Can't sell him either, and he's a bigger genius even than Todd.)

  • haha so true.

  • Great comment illehc.

But....His music will not get fashionable etc. He is best remembered for this 90's stuff. It will be more of a cult thing.

    Hero, all the same.

His style was slightly leftfield, but captured the mid-late 90's garage music perfectly.

  • XXX

  • amazing sampler todd edwards! any idea wat he uses to sample his tunes these days??

  • He now uses an akai s6000, I just bought one off ebay. He also uses Sonar cakewalk

  • Todd blows me away nearly every time.

  • this track is one of the best todd tunes ever plus it helped me get over an old girlfriend....nuff love todd...

  • Probably his best tune, love everything about this track, I wish he made songs on his eps sampler again like this one, sounds so good

  • Nice!!!

  • ohh my goshhhhhhhhhh, baddd tune

  • slammin track kid!!!
