This clip--filmed in 1937--is NOT of an actual old time radio show. It was written to sell Chevrolets--which (seen visually later in the longer promo film) save the day by getting through the fire. The clip delightfully goes out of its way to showcase the live mechanical sound effects used in radio drama. However, rarely would OTR shows have such a large SFX team. There's some film trickery here too--look for the dubbed-in kid's voice for an adult actor.
