@damnatium I might be wrong, but I think the context they were referring to was that the song Intermission is a cheesy organ rendition of Jimmy. Basically, it's a cover, much like what Eban would do on the show Tantrum.

@damnatium I believe 'intermission' is first of all, an intermission to the second half of the album, and it's also a cheesy organ version of Jimmy if you listen to it, and that's what the guy said, that he used to do cheesy organ covers of songs, and that's when he met Keenan.

That;s what it is essentially. An intro to Jimmy. It transfers from that Jimmy riff played by organ to guitar right at the beginning of Jimmy/the end of intermission.

This is one of the best docs I've yet to see here and overall. Really accurate and in-depth. Tool is a band that leaves you wondering and this helps quite a bit unless you WISH to remain wondering which is cool too. That way you create your OWN ideas of what their saying or doing or singing about etc.
