Yes, yours will be able to... Remember it will only be a great game with bootcamp and windows... Don't support mac games that use transgaming's cider engine! That 4 gigs of ram will only be useful if you run Vista 64 bit under bootcamp...

i just got my mac and yea i love it but still it doesn't have as many games and programs that i need. also windows runs on it yea but it heats up way too much, the battery dies to fast while in windows, and i get blue screens to much.

i prefer pc, but mac is still great. imo they're equal.

ok, no mac os isnt superior nor is windows they are completely stalemate, and as for actual performance that varies you dont understand how windows works, the reason why mac's all perform the same is because they are made for dedicated hardware just buy a mac desktop and install a normal dvd drive, a normal graphics card and a normal sound card and watch in horror as mac cannot find any drivers. but wait windows did, and it found drivers for your mac perphials, you are FAIL!!.

i agree that the OS is what makes a mac the SHIT. but the hardware is higher quality too. They customize the hardware to really make it shine with their OS. Take a look at the las couple gen's of iMacs, take a look at their graphics cards, and find out more about how their the "mac " versions.

Yes, but why would you? Just use boot-camp. And you would need a top-of-the-line mac to do it on parallels anyway. Especially if you're running vista. Vista uses about 2 GB of RAM, and Leopard uses about 512 mgbs. You'd need like 5 GBs RAM to do that. 2Gbs + 0.5Gbs + 1Gb min for game = 3.5Gbs, and imagine the lag while loading textures or using the advanced light mapping in the GoW version of the unreal engine.

Wow... GoW graphics (not Xbox 360) are rated to be one of the best of it's time. Yes it's a year-old game but that's why I said (not Xbox 360) The PC/Bootcamp version had one extra year of development, it really shows too. Certain spots in the 360 can be watched as it renders, while in the PC it's rendered before it's even visible. Hmmm trailed off into a "PC is the best game platform" rant. Oh well, I stand by all the points that I made above. :)

I run this game at full graphics and everything... with no lag whatsoever... so you should be able to run this game at close to full graphics with no problem
