True, Selena's voice is more pleasant to listen to, but Demi's voice has a wider range. Demi can reach both the really high notes AND the really low notes.
If I haven't seen their live performances, though, I might say that Selena and Demi are equal in singing.

Okay i love Selena and Demi. Miley's okay but why compare them? i mean Demi and Selena are BEST friends and THEY dont compare each other so let it go its not that serious. They are ALL great artist otherwise they wouldnt have any fans at all. so please just let it go
