I agree with all of his points--listen to this guy! The only problem I have found is that it is hard to know if you are really doing those things while speaking. What you could do is either to get other people to watch your speeches (Toastmasters is great for this), and tape your speeches and watch them yourself, or upload them to Soapbox Guru and get feedback from other people.
