There is nothing pathetic about that.If you dont want your horse to run before it actually turns two on its actual bday then keep it at home or take it up with the jockey club.

my horses are classed as 4 year olds from january 2009 but there not 4 untill may that rule is so pathetic trainers can run yearlings
