History time, kids!

Back in the pre-napster era of the internet when 56K modems were standard and DSL/cable was only for the rich, Radiohead hired Simon Hilton to shoot a vid for Let down. They didn't like the result. Mr. Hilton then placed a .MOV of it on his personal wepage portfolio and someone was only able to download 95% of the file before it got pulled for copyright. The static is where the missing data corruption begins and why it's only 2:30 instead of 4:59 like on the album.

God, some of you people are dumb. Search "Let Down" on wikipedia, tells you there the band was unsatisfied with the video and they ended up losing money. This has been known for YEARS.

Whoever they contracted to make the video fucked it all up, so what you are seeing is their unfinished product. It's nothing wrong with your speakers, don't blame the uploader, blame your lack of brain power. Do a little research. Eat your wheaties & pay attention in school.
