  • NO NO NOOOO...you got it all wrong..the SSCS smallboats were just giving the nips on the maru some potatoes to eat for a side dish to compliment their jellyfish dinner..thats all!

  • ANTI-JAP

  • Yeh the Japs are pussys!!! hahahahaha!

  • DTofMN Paul Watson is NOT a felon. Im from Canada and I have done many reports in school about Paul Watson and spent many hours looking in to what he's done and NOT ONE TIME did it ever say that he was convicted in canada or any where else

  • @Gojia2012 Oh boy another moron. First try using the 'Reply' button so the person you are replying to doesn't have to search for your comment. Second your inability to find proof of something you don't want to find isn't proof it doesn't exist.

Here is a dare for you. Go to the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Court of Appeal website (canlii.org/en/nl/nlca/index.html) and search for docket number 95/168. Then read the appeals the Watson lost for his felony conviction.

  • jajajajajajajja lo mejor wn grade sea shepherd undan a los japoneses de mierda

  • Nisshin Maru and Yushin Maru goo home good work sea sheperd

  • DTofMN I totally agree launching glass bottles is violent. Unfortunately history has shown us that violence, although bad, is usually the force that drives change.

  • @ps3ralleuc So if throwing glass bottles is violent then based on the definition you posted from UNCLOS, the SSCS is engaged in piracy.

Oh and good job not using the reply function. It just makes it look like you are trying to hide your responses.

  • @DTofMN the japanese rammed SSCS and that's way more violent

  • @hizzleyo The SSCS have rammed the Japanese numerous times. So I guess that is multiple times more violent.

Oh and even the crew of the Ady Gil admit the accelerated in front of the whaler just before the collision, just part of the reason the investigation found both parties at fault and called it a collision rather than a ramming. But facts don't matter to you do they and when the Japanese do something it is evil but when the SSCS does the same thing it is OK.

  • @DTofMN ha you pulled that out of your ass too. ady gil crew never said that they manuevered in front of them and the investigation find them both at fault because the ady gil was in the path of the shonan maru 2 but the shonan maru 2 should've taken a different path cause they certainly had time to.

  • @hizzleyo No I didn't. I read the NZ investigation where the crewman at the throttles said he accelerated forward before the collision and where the data recorder showed the Ady Gil almost doubled it speed in the minute before the collision. This caused it to be almost 50 feet further forward than if they had maintained speed. 50 feet that would have caused a near miss rather than a collision. Physics doesn't lie.

Maybe you should read something other than SSCS propaganda.

  • @DTofMN yeah the ady gil doubled in speed moments before the collision because it was trying to get away. I looked it up, the only reason that SS was found 50% at fault was because they were in the path of the shonan maru. think about it, if the ady gil had run in front of them on purpose, then the whalers would be at 0% fault.

  • @hizzleyo So they tried to get away by running in front of the whaler? Yeah that makes sense, not.

I didn't realize you were a qualified naval crash investigator and have reviewed all the evidence and applicable laws. Oh wait your not and you haven't.

Again if you would read the report you would know why the whalers and SSCS were found equally at fault. But because you refuse to read the facts you are incapable of intelligently discussing the collision.

  • Comment removed

  • @hizzleyo Your joking again right? Working the logistics department in the US Navy doesn't qualify you to do crash investigations, especially when you haven't seen the evidence and refuse to even read the investigation report. And if you are in the US Navy with all this knowledge you should know why the whalers were found 50% at fault. But to help you out the reason why is in the COLREGS.

  • @DTofMN you are a dumbass. look it up if you need to, the whalers were found guilty because they rammed the ady gil and the ady gil was found guilty because it was in the path of the shonan maru 2. and working with the logistics element in the navy gives me experience with this sort of stuff. COLREGS isn't the reason why the whalers are found moron, it is too broad a rule to be considered the reason for the blame in this case.

  • @hizzleyo I said it was IN THE COLREGS you moron. And the COLREGS aren't a rule, they are a set of many rules. I feel sorry for anyone who has to rely on you for real information. And sorry but being in Naval logistics gives you no experience in crash investigation. But it should have taught you to read official documents, like the NZ investigation.

  • @DTofMN when i met the propogandabuster, i didn't think anyone could possible be a bigger dumbass. but congratulations, you beat the scale with your BS and illogical comments.

  • @BBallinManiac I am sorry that showing you are wrong upsets you so much. But maybe you should consider actual facts to support your position rather than the none answer of the ad hominem.

But if you want to be shown to be without any factual support that is your right.

  • @DTofMN ok. all you do is bs and make up some random shit and I've looked up what you said. You were bsing everything, except that byutric acid can irritate your skin, but the fact is, only one instance of it causing burns was recorded and video footage convinced the maritime authorities of australia that a whaler accidently pepper sprayed himself.

  • @BBallinManiac Now who is BS? The Australian authorities never looked at or decided anything about the footage, they have no reason to every look at it. But please with your great intelligence explain how looking at a video can convince anybody that the spray was pepper spray?

Oh and please show where anything I have posted is made up.

  • @DTofMN the australian maritime authorities did investigate the crash and concluded that they were 50/50 at fault. and you lied about Paul Watson being a convicted felon and any reliable source of information fails to say that he was. and you said that countries that object the moratorium are allowed to whale commercially even though that's complete BS as Japan, Norway, and Sweden objected to the moratorium and are not allowed to whale commercially so they act like they're doing research.

  • @BBallinManiac We were talking about your claim in relation to the 'pepper spray' video. But the Australian crash investigation didn't assign blame, they determined they had no jurisdiction and stopped their investigation. I gave a link to the Canadian Courts that prove Paul is a felon, you just refuse to go look. Sweden doesn't hunt whales and Norway commercially hunts because they have a formal objection to the moratorium, unlike Japan who don't have a formal objection.

  • @DTofMN I looked up if Paul Watson was a convicted felon and nothing showed up. Wikipedia, Seashepherd(org), and any news articles featuring Watson state that he has gotten misdemeanor charges but nothing about a felony. Japan does have an objection to the moratorium you half-wit. in the recent IWC meeting Japan tried to lift the ban on commercial whaling and several other countries backed them up but the majority decided to keep the moratorium

  • @BBallinManiac Try looking at the website of the court where he was convicted.

    canlii.org/en/nl/nlca/index.html

Then search for docket number 95/168.

You will magically have access to Watson's appeals to his felony conviction.

Now I expect you will refuse to do so because you don't want to damage the fatasy land you live in. But everyone else will go there, so the next time you claim it doesn't exist they will know the truth. And more proof of your and SSCS's lies.

  • @DTofMN funny. My query turned no results. How can this be? I mean if you said this was true it must be true right? And even though when I typed in Google Search "Is Paul watson a felon" and nothing showed up, it doesn't mean he isn't a convicted felon right? And of course Japan doesn't have a formal objection to the moratorium as the removal of the moratorium wasn't want Japan was arguing for in the 2010 IWC meeting. I mean you're an intelligent fellow so everything you say must be true.

  • @BBallinManiac Well either you are lying or you are an idiot. I vote for both.

Here I will make it even easier for you.

    canlii.org/en/nl/nlca/doc/1999/1999canlii18935/1999canlii18935.html

And let me repeat again. The Japanese don't like the moratorium, BUT THEY DON"T HAVE A FORMAL OBJECTION ON FILE WITH THE IWC IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE V SECTION 3, so whether they like it or not and whether they are trying to get it repealed or not they have to follow it.

  • @DTofMN perfect. now the only evidence you had to show that watson was a felon is shown to be false. He was convicted on misdemeanor charges. Do you really think a felony would result in just a 30 day sentence?

  • @BBallinManiac Well you continue showing you are an idiot.

"Do you really think a felony would result in just a 30 day sentence? " Depends on the circumstances. there are people who are convicted of felonies and don't get any time in jail, just probation. A felony is a crime that CAN result in a sentence greater than 1 year, not a crime that WILL result in a sentence greater than 1 year. Watson's conviction carried a possible 2 year sentence.

  • @DTofMN you are a retarded fuck. I'm sure you're tired of hearing that from everyone, but the link you gave me did not mention anything about a felony and the crime he was being charged for would have just been a misdemeanor charge in the USA

  • @BBallinManiac dont even bother with this maroon man..he'll tell you everything from the moon is made of limburger cheese to the earth is really a flat plate the guys a joke!.

  • @tasteegold7772 I can't argue with a moron. He forced me down to his intellectual level and beat me with years of experience. There's no way to argue against someone who is so full of shit and won't accept evidence that contradicts what he says

  • @tasteegold7772 but i still think this guy makes more valid comments (however BS they may be) than those other people like drunky or spcant

  • Comment removed

  • @BBallinManiac Sure I can. I don't even have to wait for them to be charged, when I can plainly see them breaking the law in their own videos I can't immediately claim they are conducting illegal activities.

Not only is your claim laughable but what BS reason do you have for claiming only the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea or the USA count? Especially since the Tribunal can only settle disputes between countries, mean the SSCS doesn't meet their jurisdiction.

  • @BBallinManiac Oh, and as I keep saying but you are obviously incapable of understanding. Japan does not have a formal objection to the moratorium on file with the IWC. Yes they object to the moratorium in the sense they are against it but the IWC regulations require a formal written objection within 90 days of the vote.

  • Under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), piracy constitutes “any illegal acts of violence or detention, or any act of depredation, committed for private ends by the crew or the passengers of a private ship …” The Sea Shepherd crew engaged in trespassing, certainly, but piracy, no

  • @ps3ralleuc Sorry but lauching glass bottles from an air cannon is violence.

  • DTofMN very good points today, we have had differences in the past but that happens to us all.

  • flagged you dumb fuck whale killers EVERYONE NEEDS TO FLAG ALL OF THE VIDS FROM THIS CHANNEL THEY ARE PRETENDING TO BE SEA SHEPPARD HOWEVER THEY ARE JAPANESE WHALE KILLING SUPPORTERS:(:(:(:(:(:(

  • Brave Sea Shepherda! Hero's!

  • go get'em Sea Shepherd

  • If you are that close to get hit with grappling hooks and bamboo pole its your own fucking fault. Stay further away shitheads.

  • I hope the Japanese whalers do not get hurt. They can be killed by the Sea Shepherd.

  • @00019972b I hope they are killed by Sea Shepherd. That would serve them right for killing Australias whales.

  • @Sam200980 They aren't Australia's whales.

  • @DTofMN Very correct. They are the entire PLANET'S whales, and therefore, the Japanese should not be selfishly slaying them in the face of an international moratorium, which - need I remind you - is a mandate that states it is a completely illegal offense to kill a whale, whether it is for "research" or "profit."

  • @heychrisfox I know I was correct, that is why I said it. As opposed to your statement which is wrong.

They are NO ONE's whales, until someone catches them and then they belong to the group that catches them.

As to the moratorium, first it only applies to members of the IWC any other country is free to hunt whales for any reason. Second Article VIII is specifically exempt from the moratorium and thus any IWC country can issue legal permits for research whaling.

  • @DTofMN Good that you point out it only applies to members of the IWC, seeing as Japan is on that list of members. Furthermore, scientific research mandates the organization conducting said research releases the research to the public. All the whalers have released are rotting meat and profits (or rather, as of late, losses).

You're right: whales belong to no one. Whales belong in the ocean, not packaged in a freezer. Anyone who can't see that simple fact needs to retake 2nd grade biology.

  • @heychrisfox Nice avoidance there.

Japan releases data every year just like they publish papers every year.

And anyone who makes a idiotic statement like that obviously hasn't even made it to 2nd grade. So I guess fish, shrimp, lobster etc. belong in thecean, not packaged in a freezer? And what about all the other wildlife that ends up in freezers?

  • @DTofMN I avoided nothing. I completely acknowledged your correct claims, and completely unhinged them with logical reasoning. :]

Continuing, of course other animals belong in nature, in the wild; not butchered and thrown into a grocery store so unceremoniously. They are, as it is insinuated, "wild animals." That's why all Sea Shepherd crew-members maintain a healthy vegan diet while campaigning against whalers who attempt to sell poison meat to a public where the market for such meat declines

  • @heychrisfox You haven't unhinged anything, although you are unhinged.

Ah I didn't realize you refuse to acknowledge you are a human and have decided to go against the natural diet that our species has evolved to eat. that would be the same nature that is based on species eating other species.

Why do you insist on going against nature?

  • Thanks for the pictures of launching glass bottles with pressurized air. That would be know as a deadly weapon.
