mauy thai kick boxing is on of, if not the most lethal stand up discipline in popular MMA. It utalises all 8 weapons and utalises them in the most brutal fashion imaginable. If you watch UFC occasionally there is actually a half decent mauy thai fighter (kenny florian, but even he isn't a true one) and that fighter always thrashes the competition. Get into it and you will win
hello. i am a 21 year old american currently studying in australia. i have done some Muay Thai in the states in the past year or two but by no means have really trained hard in a real camp. I am considering coming to your camp after my semester is over in May. Wanted to know if you get a lot of Americans my age that end up coming to your camp, or if you would suggest that I become more than a beginner before coming to a real camp such as yours. thank you very much.
@THATWASARTIE Hey, I live in Australia and am 21. I was in Thailand last year and trained a few times at Tiger Muay Thai. There are plenty of foreigners and the people are great. There are many classes including beginners which includes people who have never thrown a kick or a punch before. If you want to go, then go, don't let experience stop you, they will cater to your needs and it's a great place to train. Feel free to message me if you want any more info about my experience there.
Like most things in life, Muay Thai takes dedication and discipline to become proficient. The harder and longer you train the quicker you become adept. We train 2 X per day and 6 days per week @ 3 hours per session.
Hello Nak, the place looks outstanding. I'm hoping to come out there sometime at the beginning of 2010(from New York) I've been on your website and have been doing a lot of research. I can't find one bad thing about your establishment. You do accept people with no experience, correct?

How much would it cost to stay at that gym for 1 month? anyone who knows?
vatololl 3 years ago 8
Around 19,000 baht, which is about 550$US.
This 550$ includes :
- Training for 1 month
- Bungalow for 1 month
- Monthly meal plan
So, add this to your flight tickets, and the expenses you think you'd make there such as more food/snack, activities, equipments if you need etc.
