You might be able to get it in the 360 version. There are tools you can use like modio, and then using a usb cable to copy the info to the 360. I know you can mod the items that way, and put in item ID codes, but I'm not sure if the Liberty Prime laser is hidden in the 360 version as well, but I'll try to find out.

it actually is possible to obtain the liberty laser for the xbox 360 version. i have that, liberty prime's nuke, the super mutant behemoth fire hydrant, and the mysterious stranger's .44 magnum

Actually this does work with the 360, all you need is to mod Fallout 3. Thanks for the codes by the way, I couldn't find the Liberty Laser anywhere.

You can edit the 360's save game and change an item eg "Rifle" what will = a code and insert 00033FE2 instead,

You connect your 360 hard drive to your computer (120GB at least for size). Then open a program called XPORT and download a file than contains any Fallout 3 modded content from your desktop (forgot what site) and VOILA!
