That poster is printed with trick ink. Normally, a picture would not give this effect, and no real clothing would just "disappear" in the IR like that, though some thin white fabrics will become slightly more translucent. Cell phone cameras vary widely in their IR capability--the older ones are better.

If you guys knew anything about infrared, you would know this is not fake. The picture is not "fixed". The printer used for the picture just used pigments that reflect ir for the bra which the human eye can't pick up. It's the same as with pigments in clothing.

u can test if u have an infrared camera on your phone by pointing your tv remote at your camera when your camera app is up, if u see a light on your phone screen then u have an infrared camera and it will work

ccd's are naturally more sensitive to the ir side of the spectrum... i would imagine conversely that there are colors closer to the ultraviolet side of the spectrum that would just appear black. I demonstrated this to a friend once by pointing a video camera (that used tape..lol) at a space heater and monitored it on a television as we turned it on. a faint lavender color appeared on the heating elements on the tv monitor right before the visible orange glow appeared.

Most clothing dyes only reflect visible light, but infrared light passes through the fabric and bounces off whatever's underneath. In cases of multiple layers of fabric, the infrared, or anything particularly thick, the infrared fails to penetrate. If the infrared light manages to penetrate the fabric and bounce off the skin, back through the fabric and into your camera, you can see it.

Anyone who thinks that the camera is looking through the pictures clothes is a dumb ass. That poster is a poster of a woman in her underwear that they covered with marker. Now what is happening is that the camera is see the reflective light that is bouncing off of the poster to reveal what is underneath the marker.

Light hits poster, camera only sees that light and ignores the rest.
