(continuation of last post) thirdly, I don't see how his cover tarnishes the song, there's alot of "hey hey" covers on this site and at least this guy has the balls to be somewhat unique instead of attempting a robert plant impression. Lastly his mannerisms don't bother me at all, but even if they did, this is not a music video he wanted you to listen to his song not criticize his appearance. Ok, first of all cudos to David for performing an original sounding cover of this relatively obscure track, the lower key was fitting for your vocal style and it sounded great. Now I'd like to say something about people like 19Gliplet, everyone has a right to their opinion but you sir are a moron. First of all there was nothing wrong with his guitar playing and I don't see any videos of you playing guitar... secondly I don't know any 5 yr olds that can sing like that, (continued on next post)

I am quite surprised at the condescending comment made by 19Gliplet! Give the guy his due: it takes guts to submit your video to Youtube have a lot of "armchair critics" trash it. David's cover version of this song is different, but it is interesting to hear it done a unique way. And to criticize his singing? You were way off base there...

Those who have left a positive comment understand that you are a beginner and that is the perspective from which they encourage you. Most guitarists learn to play better than you within a few months of starting. Your voice is in key, but most people can sing at least this well from around the age of 5. Every thing that you have changed about this song tarnishes it. Your mannerisms are quirky and hard to watch. This is what I believe to be the truth. I encourage others to respond.
