  • THANK YOU SO MUCH

  • Good God its just Incredible listen to those vocals at the end just Incredible!!!!!!!!! :) If only the was a CD of this. ;( To bad I guess.

  • DAMMMM!!!

  • Poor Elvis, he was hurt! :(

  • watching this actually makes me cry! I've been a fan since I was 3, & now i'm 19. I've read books, and books, and have studied so much about his life. This breaks my heart, to see such a beautiful man end the way he did. No matter what he may have looked like towards the end, he was still amazing. his looks, his voice, everything. Love you elvis<3 Long Live The King!

  • what a voice.........this is the king, right?

  • The king always !

  • powerful awesome performance from the ONLY KING of Rock n Roll. There will NEVER be anyone that can even shine his shoes...........Long Live the King!

  • First part of Hurt in the video footage is from May 23, 1977 in Providence, Rhode Island. The second part, I'm not entirely sure on the date but it's definitely not from June 26, 1977. The audio from June 26, 1977 however, has been overdubbed to this footage.

  • @ElvisFan2015 no its not. i have this on cd. and besides of course its dubbed into the video and thats because the video is from different sources

  • @mofoca22 That's what I said - the first part (video footage only) is from May 23, 1977. :) Re: the audio, I was referring to the entire audio being dubbed. Sorry if I wasn't entirely clear on that. I have 6/26/1977 on CD as well. Fantastic performances to be sure!

  • the last version was his best version he really nailed the end like he had tried to achieve from 1976 when he first sang the song till this final version

  • my gran pappa died 8 years ago?

  • i've never heard such good sound quality from an amateur video. thank you so much

  • Beautiful Baby so so wonderful to know even in his pain he still gave us his ALL. GOD gave him the voice and the SPIRIT to sing it with. As the wonderful days of old are catching up with all of us we still LOVE HIM. And I thank GOD for this man a real man a MAN who was the kind of man who knew only how to LOVE AND GIVE. He gave until it killed him.SAD that so many great artists have tried to compete they have never come close with the exception of ONE.HIS SON. HUGS Bobbie

  • Imagine this party: Elvis, Johnny Mathis, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Judy Garland, Barbara Striesand. They would all be Elvis' backup singer. That would be the ultimate concert.

  • @YourTheDoctor: That would be absolutely lame. Elvis does not belong in those old fashion club. Judy garland, WTF!

  • majesty

  • AMAZING the VOCAL ABILITY this man had even with a bad heart, Twisted Colen which gave him great pain Glocoma from the years of standing in and under bright lights which burned the corneas of his eyes and caused great pain and severe headaches and also the chronic pain all thru his body he suffered because of the KARATE Training he took and he did this because he wanted to be able to protect his family at all costs. He Loved his daughter with all of his heart. Priscilla didn't like that either.

  • Funny the standers of fat in 77 ...he looked awsome Elvis will always be king

  • Who cares if he lost his way...? This man had the gift to TOUCH people through his unique charisma and his voice. He should have lived to be 500 years, because people who bring other people great happiness simply by BEING, is rare.

  • God love him x

  • No doubt about it. The man was just Totally amazing. You can't help but be moved by his singing on stage. Even though I never got to see him in person I just really absolutely enjoy his singing. I'll probably listen to his singing here on Youtube and my own videos of him til the day I die. It's so sad he's gone. I feel so bad for his daughter. May he RIP forever he deserves that. He'll never be forgotten. I even njoy singin his songs. Love u KIng

  • Nobody will ever touch this man. People are going to be mad at what I'm going to say but I think he couldn't stand the book Elvis What Happened that Red and Sonny West and Dave Hebler wrote that was going to explain everything that Elvis was doing and he couldn't take it so he OD. He was 40 lbs above concert weight and them exposing his drug use was just too much for him. In my book he is still and will be the only King of Rock n Roll but that's what I think happened.

  • Beautiful Man inner soul given for years to GOD and Blessed BY GOD and someone told me to leave GOD out of this well If I did that then I would have to stop commenting on ELVIS because even ELVIS gave credit to GOD and if I had the video of when I heard and saw him say this I would gladly post it. He never took credit for what he did he always everytime he raised his hands and pointed to the sky he had GOD on his mind and he was thanking him once more for the gift he had given to him.Hugs Bobbie

  • what an amazing performer never will their be another like him. he can sing anything and make it sount orginal

  • If this isn't the definition of "bittersweet" I don't know what is.

  • only 42 years old..that is very young....and to look like this...why didn't anyone help him.

  • @Atomicflash500 it's sad how do you help someone from them self ......with love of him not is money

  • @Atomicflash500 .. Hello. I've wondered this during my recent Elvis phase in which I cannot stop listening to his music and have read thousands of pages about him. Sometimes it makes me literally ANGRY that nobody did anything back then. The excuses are pathetic! It shocks me that I can have the feeling I do for a man who died when I was 11! Recently I've been watching Tom Jones do occasional performances into his 70's and I cannot help but wish that Elvis was doing that too.

  • An incredible voice! Elvis was the unic singer that had a voice like that. Elvis The King Rest in Peace.

  • I am 21 years. When I was small so I always listened to Elvis and Dad and I can say that there will never be anyone as good musicians as Elvis was. you were and you will always be the king of rockin'g role. can only say one thing you are loved by all. why would you die for: (you had any as old as my grandfather, if you had been alive today. you are the best greetings from Sweden

  • Awesome, I love this song; Elvis was an amazing belter in the 70's, and just got better right up until his final breath!!! But I think people have tons of misconceptions of Elvis in the 70's, because for a start he was only heavy about the last two years of his life. But in my most humble of opinions I think he was also the sexist he had ever been in his life, in the early to mid 70’s, right before he gained some wait. Yes he died in the late 70's but who care's really, his still rocks!!!

  • i just came

  • fuck jesus this is my god

  • It's a shame that some people feel they are perfect therefore, they can judge others.

  • the best :)

  • Amen..... justthis guy

  • POWERFUL VOICE FOREVER

  • Elvis still rocks~~~!!!!

  • BLESS HIS HEART THE MAN LOOKED SO TIRED AND WEARY BUT YET HE PERFORMED TO NEAR PERFECTION I GUESS GOD TOOK MERCY ON HIS DEAR SOUL AND CALLED HIM HOME NOW HE SINGS AMONG THE ANGELS REST IN PEACE YOU WERE TRULY A GIFT TO US ALL

  • Oh good Lord, this video is awful. His voice was gone, replaced by fat. I say the video is an insult to the greatest rock 'n' roll singer ever.

  • Awesome footage & Song! the footage is combined from the may tour in 77

the sound is from the last concert thou Thumbs up

  • If only he coulda turned thing around and and lived on....

  • That is so true, no288. And still so sad to think all he could have gone on to do.

  • the most beautiful fat middle age man i've ever seen. haha

  • Very Great Elvis singing A song from Roy Hamilton a man who influienced him in the beggining an now he sings him at the end of his career.

    Fantasic Performance!

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!!!! PROOF THAT HE WAS BRILLIANT RIGHT TO THE VERY END!!!!!!

  • Elvis never died, God just wanted a LIVE performance from the King himself......so he summoned him to heaven on August 16, 1977

Farewell your Majesty....until we meet again

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio He was a bright vibrant life, an exceptional soul, We will never forget the day he came into our lives & we went through this world with him. We were privileged to share his life. Weve heard about & witnessed his unequaled generosity, & giving of himself to everyone. His life impacted the WHOLE WORLD, just the mention of his name , we know! We R all, just a little bit better for him having been here. Open our eyes that we will see the heart of this truly exceptional soul.

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio He has not died. he isn't in Heaven either.

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio thats statement truely moved me my friend

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio

yes Elvis knew his next concert would be for God and His son Jesus. KInda reminds me of Michael Jacksons last concert.

  • When you hear this man sing, it`s so incredibly embarassing to see the so-called artists with the "X-factor" and God knows what else they come up with these days. Even at his sickest, this man had more charisma and talent in his little finger than most artists COMBINED today. There`s Elvis and then there`s everyone else.

  • What a voice...

  • Plus le temps passait, plus la voix était magnifique.

  • Absolutly the BEST.My man was Elvis fan, he had all Elvis record and he just loved him so much.He died last year and I playd Evis song when he was lay to rest, 3 songs, one I´cant help falling in love, Always on my mind and Walk on.And it´s so strange, that our younger daugther is born on the same day as Elvis, and when she was coming in to this world elvis was singin on the radio, It´s now or never.

  • absolutly the most beautiful and deepest HURT a man could ever sing. His feelings when singing this . The very depth of his soul is totally wrapped up in this song as with so many others he could never ever NOT GIVE HIS ALL. He was the ultimate MATE and the greatest artist singer gentleman man man who ever walked up to a mic and turned an audience upside down and inside out. The LOVE he shared with his fans and all people was incomprendable. His voice was without compare and still is. Hugs

  • @1943AngelEyes You are so right, he was so ill at this point but still he gave his all for his fans, there will never be anyone like Elvis, he was unique , a one off. God Bless Elvis for all the pleasure he gave to his fans with his wonderful voice , his handsome face and that infectious laugh. R I P Mr Elvis Aron Presley,

  • I'll bet he loved the way Timi Yuro sang this song. When he heard something he loved, he would always try to sing it. He did an awesome job!

  • He put all his feelings in his songs! he gave all he had!

  • Elvis was awesome. He could sing any7 type of song. He could have been an opera star if he had chosen to go that way. His range was out of this world. may he reat in peace.

  • Through everything he went through, his INCREDIBLE voice...it never failed him!!! I will see you in heaven my King!!

  • Say any thing you like about Elvis! ! At the end of the day he was the best singer in the world. there is a reason why pepole call him the KING, Just lisen to him

  • Say any thing you like about Elvis! ! At the end of the day he was the best singer in the world. there is a reason why pepole call him the KING, Just liscen to him

  • awesome...there are no words... x

  • This IS the voice of Rock and Roll.......even John Lennon said there was nothing before Elvis

  • what a voice, the older he got, the better his voice was!

  • GOOSEBUMPS!

  • he will always be the BEST....THIS IS A FABULOUS, IF UNEVEN, VIDEO....THANKS FOR POSTING IT !!!!

  • what a voice!

  • He had an amazing vocal range. Elvis could go from being a tenor to a bass in a split second and never hit a flat note. Not many singers can do that.

  • just amazing! love his smile at the end, he knew he nailed it :)

  • lets see todays singers try to do that.his voice kept getting better and stronger.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG BY HIM ALWAYS LISTEN TO IT DAILY THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER SINGER WITH THE VOICE RANGE HE HAD HE HAD 9 AND THERE IS PROOF NO OTHER SINGER CAN COME CLOSE TO HIM GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS

  • this videos were taking from two different shows ,right..?which one is the last...?first he didnt wearing scarf and the other he's more fat and not wearing scarf...anyway he is great...Elvis is my king

  • Very great song and vid...:o)

  • and our biggest "Hurt" came on 8/16/77...RIP

  • Elvis was so ill here, but he still gave his all for his fans, GOD BLESS YOU ELVIS, THERE WILL NEVER BE ANYONE TO COME CLOSE TO BEING AS WONDERFUL. WE FANS ARE STILL TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS FOR YOU. LOVE YOU ALWAYS. X

  • His Voice was always the most powerful thing I ever could hope to hear!! MANY ************

  • the king

  • Elvis was and still is the man..his vocals are great and never will be surpassed...love and miss him so...i think about him everyday...he is the greatest!!! Elvis Always!!!

  • Great, great vocal!!!

  • @19271948 Great is right as you say, he was so ill and yet he still gave his all.

  • So great, I LOVE this song and Elvis' voice!

    Thanks for sharing, IF.

  • Yes he was....thanks for the beautiful share♥

  • Everytime I hear him sing this I get chills.....his voice was simply perfection!!!!!!

  • I agree.....anyone can tell that most of it is just puffiness, not fat!!!!!

  • @knowingElvis: If anyone can understand what you wrote then more power to them. I read it over numerous times and it is still a puzzle. FTR...water weight and swelling is part of any weight gain. And if you are calling me a fat bald bastard then..LOL. I have discipline and that is why I can control what age wants to put on. And there is no rogaine needed here, homer. And NO one is fit to lick anyone's feces. Middle age spread is what Elvis went thru. Elvis was a man, NOT THE GOOD LORD.

  • @LT1HILLINGHOE Elvis himself knew he was not the god lord, he himsef woul say when he was called the king that there was only 1 king and that was Jesus. As for thew midde age spread as you put it, it wasn`t, Elvis was ill with a twistwd colon, liver and kidney problems, hence the swelling, look at his legs and backside, they are as slim as they ever were.

  • @rosechris48 Elvis was overweight from eating too many fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. That is a fact. Get over it....he was no different than anyone else in that regard.

  • awsome 5*****s

  • Very great...:o)

    Incredible voice indeed.... big chills...:o)

Elvis the king of music forever and ever...

  • Awesome Voice Right Till The End !

    1000*

    TCB DANNY

  • For those of you that say they knew ELVIS and can still say horrible things about him as long as it has been since GOD chose to call him home. I really feel sorry for you. I can't believe the LIES that have been told about such a wonderful Loving genuine careing man who gave so much of himself to his fans and to his so called FRIENDs. Get off the channels Don't listen to him if you don't like his singing go see if you can understand the garbage they call music these days. SAD. Hugs Bobbie

  • Pretty good recording of what was to be Elvis's final concert ...Very powerful performance. of Hurt...Thanks for sharing Sabina.

  • There`s quite a few versions of this song around," I prefer the one thats a little faster but this is nice as well thankyou~

  • It makes me so upset that some people always want to make those hateful comments. I recall Elvis saying the only thing he was high on was his music. I will never, ever believe those distgusting videos that are out here. I'm sure they hurt his family and they hurt me as a dedicated fan who will always love him. Elvis was a wounderful entertainer with a voice noone can ever touch and he was a wounderful giving, caring, amn and he gave to us with all he had and I am very grateful and thankful.

  • First I would like to thank you If for sending me this dynamic and awesome video and to thank babis63 for a great job and for shaaring this with us. Elvis was not wasted, not on drugs he was accused of , maybe just not feelin his best. Elvis went on that stage battling flu, and not feelin well more than once because he never wanted to dissappoint his fans. There are those who never miss an opportunity to try to degrade him and it disgust me because he was a human being. a flesh and blood man.

  • LOVE YOU ELVIS! <3

  • mrtruthify@ Yes but you have to remember the 70s were quite different than today....for better or for worse there was more freedom~

  • @mrtruthify You obviousley are not hearing the song billions of others are hearing and as for him being waisted. He was so sick at this time in his life so DON"T get on here and talk this trash because you may find yourself in the same condition. You can't possibly be a FAN or even a friend of ELVIS or you would never have made such a nasty remark unfortunetly I hit the down button meaning to hit the reply but at least I was able to reply. SAD Just SAD anyone who gave as much Shame on you 1943An

  • He looks smaller here than his Elvis In Concert TV show in '77. I know what he went through. Middle age spread is upon me and is a real struggle for sure. Plus I love fried anything. Elvis was 'de MAN!!!!

  • I love this song>

  • you just cant beat that man never the voice was there to the end god blees you e.p

  • Still looking for a 'Fat Elvis',,I can't find him,,,can you????

  • I got to see him do this in concert and if you think this is POWERFUL -- you should have been in the audience with me OMG! it was soooooo powerful it almost blew me out of my seat & made cold chills go up & down my spine . Not b4 or since has there ever been anyone to compare !

  • An incredible voice.

  • thank you God,

  • Absolutely supurb, never to be beaten

  • Majestic and magnificent!

  • Bah! 01:32-01:44.

    Sem comentários.

  • Amazing!! This version is the best I've ever heared. Goosebumps!!! So sad he couldn't pull himself together and stay alive...I guess when even his child Lisa Marie was not a good enough reason to quit the drugs...nothing could have saved him.. This clip shows how much we lost when he died....16Aug..was the day the greatest vocal of all time was silenced...and the world can never be the same

  • I agree with you

  • JEP. - Erkele

  • What a voice!

  • One hell of a powerful voice right to the end.

  • Elvis forever!!! Wesołych świąt Bożego Narodzenia. Merry Christmas from Poland.

Hurt is the best of King.

  • awesome to behold. When we were young, every new Elvis record was a gift like no other. Thanks for this gift. Hurt gets 5 stars. Dan P.S. check ouy my 2 Elvis tunes if you get time

  • We all miss you Elvis, you were truly the best ever! All your fans and myself never got over your passing and we never will. Hopefully someday we will all be able to see you again in Heaven. God Bless us all!

  • @charger19691

I`m 41, and still love the `MAN`. Go Elvis !!!!!!!! Love you forever

  • The Best voice!

  • Unbelievable!...he has been death over 30 years and he still amazes and surprise me! Great voice right up to the end! Thanks for this wonderful clip...l've never seen that before.

  • this video made me cry. this reminded me of what i miss about seeing elvis live....i don't have my memory revitalized like THIS intensely very often.

my last show: vegas 12/12/76. he was fantastic.

  • OMG just listen to the vocals at the opening of the song . they're amazing!

  • @Antson93 whooooooooooa

  • Even at the end, what an incredible voice.

He died when I was six, and I still remember it.

  • the king of rock n roll turns into an opera singer

  • @chucknchar That is why he was the KING, because he could sing anything!!!

  • @chucknchar Thats why he was the King of Music.

  • @chucknchar When you hear ELVIS sing LIVE , it's just as good as his recording or BETTER !!!! How many singers or bands can do that ? THANKS for a GREAT video .

  • you think this is good?

try elvis in concert part 05

    WOW

  • His last album was no classic, but it did have songs as good as "Way Down" and "Moody Blue" on it. If he had managed to turn things around ( a big if, of course) he would have made great recordings all the way to the present. He sure sounds great here, anyway.

  • You are correct. What a talent, what a vocal range. Incredible entertainer. So sad it had to end the way it did. You said it correctly; we have been cheated.

  • his voice at this stage had matured beautifully he should have gone on for many many years like sinatra .....even after all these years i still feel cheated & love him more than ever .....

  • Incredible singing! This song always allowed Elvis to showcase his vocal range, and this version is one of the best!

  • I can't believe people really believe he lost his voice...

That ending had to be the most powerfull crystal clear voice our human ears will ever hear! 42 and singing like that, He's laughing for sure knowing what critics were saying and he proved every single one wrong.

  • he allways sings from his heart and thats what i love him for! Rest in peas elvis the one and only king of rock'n roll!

  • We are all souls who happen to live in a flesh body that's it. Our body decays but the soul lives on. Elvis and God knew that his body was no good to him anymore, so God called him home to live where we live on in glory with the father, son, and holy spirit. We will see you again Elvis in heaven.

  • love him

  • omg your right STHFGDBY thats freaking weard why how? he is a mystery about his dead and stuff and its getting scary

  • Just wonderful. Rest easy E

  • Elvis is king. I have listened to his music since when I was very young and have loved every moment. When I see him on stage on these last concerts I know that he was so incredibly brave and giving. I gave all of himself to the very last, and I know that he is in heaven now singing. Evedry time I listen to the music my heart opens and the feeling that washes over is ... well there isnt any words.

  • beautiful, right from his heart

  • Really so sad, pity about the awful comments. Perhaps they don't listen to the lyrics like true Elvis fans

  • El siempre sera el rey

  • Awesome!!!

  • 'Elvis is not dead,he just went back home.'

  • Anybody notice something strange about this video. Up to 0:15 Elvis is not wearing a scarf and there after 0:15 he is . This video has been edited..

  • god yeah...totally different bloke aswell as voice!!!!

  • He was truly a one of a kind, unique!

i wish CBS had filmed the last concert in Indianapolis instead of Omaha & Rapid City as it was a better show than them & was most probably the best on the tour with a great version of Bridge over troubled water...cool stuff.

  • Wow. He was simply amazing. You cant find talent like that anymore. :)

And to all the people dissing on him..do you have any respect for anything? i mean, come on. You dont have to be the biggest fan, or even really a fan to have respect for him. Music would not be what it is today without him. Simple as that.

  • video is not from the last performance, voice was, but thanks for unloading.

  • I saw elvis in 1972 and 1977 live in chicago.I have been a fan for 52 years and still love what he did for all of us . Joe Esposito's brother was a friend and haas shared some great stories that Joe and his wife had shared. I know the Memphis Mafia truly loved Elvis in spite of some of his human failures. We all have had friends, family or our own problems through the years. He was and always will be a legend and thanks to those who feel the same.
