Buddha was born in Nepal and so the New Constitution of Nepal must make Buddhism as national religion of Nepal. More importantly Nepalese need to distinguish Hinduism.
Hinduism= Brahmanical religion + Kirati religion.
Nepalese must shift from Brahmanical religion towards Kirati religion. Kirat religion is more of worshiping of mother nature, land and ancestors.

Also according to Hindu marriage rituals, the woman(bride) washes the feet of the groom and then drink that water oversees by Brahman priest. This is one way in Nepal women are kept at lower status than men, forget about equality. Well about treatment of dalits community in Nepal , i cannot describe them all here.
The only way Brahmin can apologize to dalit community in Nepal is by letting their daughter marry to dalits son. The dalits have been suppressed and marginalized in Nepal for all these while. The dalits should also officiate or become a head priest in the Hindu temple. Lastly everyone need to realize that this caste system did not existed in Nepal but arrived after Licchavis overthrew Kirat dynasty. From then onwards Nepal went downhill with caste discrimination.
