The "clown statue" was actually a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this on 10 videos tonight the clown will be in your bed at 3:00am with a chainsaw in his hand. Sorry don't want this to happen to me
I tried it without the TSSCHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! but nothing happened. But after just one session with the TSSCHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I found my obliques jumped to life. This guy is onto something.
I started with ab routine.. I notice that my ab is not really pulling me.. I don't feel it exerting any power. Sad thing is my neck seems to be the one being strengthen. Do I need to reduce first my weight and be almost skinny before I can do ab routines? I'm

@Karmina2425 It works for both genders, it's used as a toning exercise for the abdomen area (primarily the obliques). To reduce your waist all you have to do is burn fat: get on a treadmill, go jogging or adopt some intensive cardio routine. Just stay motivated and remember that results take time to appear.
Hey Scott, I have been working on my abs and not long ago I achieved an 8 pack but I need an exercise to target the upper two ab muscles. Do you know of anything?
Should I be getting pain in the upper-thigh/groin area. I AM pretty out of shape, so that might be it. J/w if something might be wrong with my form, though.
what equipment do you have? Weighted push ups, BW dips, weighted lunges, Weighted squats, 1 set of underhand wide, underhand close, and overhand wide pull ups, Weighted planks, and side planks.
If you have no experience with working out, i recommend greasing the groove on the bw exercises. That means, do multiple sets throughout the day, but only of about 70% of your max reps, so you do not overwork your muscles. you'll get better that way
@therealdjmc7 a lot of core exercises are useless and don't give people a decent workout. do side planks and advanced versions of it if you really want to get stronger sides/obliques
the breathing Technic he is using, is forcing air out of lungs. what it does is makes it easier for you to breath in hard work outs, and for you to take more in during work outs. You only do it through your mouth. You squeeze your abs and breath out in one motion. when you do this you have to close your mouth a little, or else you'll squeeze out to much air.

work on a pair of muscles called the lats (latissimus dorsi). They r the muscles under ur armpits, and sometimes called wings. Search up latissimus dorsi on google images and u will see what im talking about. And work the abs, and back so u keep a proportionate look to you. And the chest, cant forget the chest
That means you are not crunching with your abs, you are trying to kind of pull your abs up with mainly your head/neck. Does that sound like what you are doing?
ONLY crunch your abs (obliques), keep your head and neck still and they should follow the movement of the crunch.

so i've been doing hardcore ab exercises for about 5 months now, mostly all on the ground (15min ab workout our gym does it) and after that i do few heavy sets in machine with 30kilo 3 times a week. now i still dont have a six pack i only get a slight six pack when i flex them i hardly got a single pack at all when i dont flex my body fat is 8% also i eat very healthy with alot of proteins. what am i doing wrong?

Hi Scott, Im in a bit of a dilemma.
I'm trying to build up muscle however I do have excess fat around my waist and stomach. Im not sure whether to be on a mass gaining diet or a fat loss diet... and whether I should to "drop sets" or just as heavy as I can lift?

Great, just incorporated it in my training, because everytime I train my obliques, I hardly feel any real strain, this does the trick quite better. Thank you for your time and effort :)
