  • Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • @InciteFitness awsome routine but i can't do it.the first thing that gives me up is my grip.My hands just lose grip.Maybe post some grip workouts.

  • Hi, i have a question.I consider myself to have a pretty decent core, however when i do this workout i have a problem getting my legs up not because of my core, but my legs. bringing my legs up seems to put a strain on my groins and it is difficult to bring my legs up to do the workout. Idk if my groins arent flexible enough or my legs should be stronger? Please give me incite because i love this workout!

  • I tried this and it's HARD! I got used to the regular ab ripper so stopped doing it, now this just takes it to the whole other level.

  • @InciteFitness im in the proccess of doing the p90x workouts, but wen doing so my back(lower) hurts me ALOT, i just want to know if the lower back muscles will be effected in a negative way if i do it on a bar, than me doing it on the floor. Cause there must be a difference in performing it on a bar and on the floor.
