Coconut butter and coconut oil are the exact same thing! The only difference is in the temperature! Above room temperature it is oil. Below room temperature it is butter.
Also, never wipe the coconut butter off the spoon with your bare finger and then put the spoon back in the jar. Use two spoons to do that or wear gloves. I know coconut butter is antibacterial, but why test fate?

@RawFoodKevin Coconut oil is oil extracted from the meat of the nut. Coconut cream or butter has coconut flesh in it, so it is more of a food.
