He was hospitalized in a mental health facility before Christmas. He should have been kept but apparently the PA mental health system did not feel he was a danger to himself or others.He his diagnoses was paranoid schizo affective personality disorder

@magicmanmb I have just spoke to the girls brother. Her actual boyfriend is not in jail. He is currently with her family. Also she never played with his emotions she helped this man, bought him food if he needed it. Surely if this monster has mental health issues that have cause him to lash out in this way it could have been prevented? Mental health issues or not this man has killed 2 innocent people and ruined alot more.

One will never know what the argument was about or the state of mind he was in or if she played on his emotions. Having been in the Monroe county Mental Health system he had obviously had mental health issues, including inpatient care.

What causes an animal to kill an 8 month pregnant 125 pound female goes beyond mental distortion. Its evil. His reasoning behind the murder is that she annoyed him.
Anyone who thinks that he did this because he had mentalissues needs to get there facts straight. 1: They were in no way shape or form romanticly involved nor boyfriend and girlfriend. 2:People who commit crimes like this due to mental health issues have a ticking point or reason to cause them to lose it. She was there with him for a half hour wich means he killed her within a 15 to 25 minute period.
