In it there is a scene where Isaac Sopoaga at 6 feet 2 inches and 320 pounds, takes a basketball and with a very little running start dunks it. There is a reason why he is in the NFL. He also was the strongest man drafted in his year. Benched press 225 lbs more than 30 times. Dont hate. Appreciate.
@Lerosca01 Well you might think he is over-rated, but Sopoaga is at least good enough to start for a pro football team since the 2005 season (he was out for the 2004 season with an injury). Anyone who starts in the NFL for 6 seasons is good enough in my book. Though the 49ers play him at the DE position, I always thought that he was more of a DT.

Sopoaga is a cool ass dude. I met him at training camp. He's very down to earth.
