hmm some people don't consider this a luxury apartment but you have to consider the differences in countries. S. Korea, as far as I know, doesn't have as much space as America or other western countries (one of the reasons they build up) so perhaps an apartment like this would be luxury relative to other apartments in korea but not where you are from.

its ok looking, but i wouldnt count it as luxury... maybe has a modern theme, but space is small, its still in an apartment building, there could be more technology implemented, if I was gonna spend a million dollars to buy something this sure wouldnt be it.

To be honest, at almost 1000,000USD for a plush apartment, It's probably better finding something outside of the Seoul metro. You'll probably save enough money to buy a helicopter to commute with.

depending on ~ exact location as they are building in a few locations at the moment, floor level, the best view side, size, 4 bed rooms or 3, built in fridge.....list goes on but from about $900,000 in seoul and gett cheeper the futher you go out.
