@BrianTheMagicGuy do you really think it's that messed up to explain the method? i don't think it really takes away from a performance like lance burtons, but that's just me. in fact it just increases my respect for them because i can see how smoothly they do it, with so much great skill and showmanship, instead of relying on massive illusions. i would like to hear why you think this though, i assume you perform some magic yourself based on your username.

If this was a correct assumption, magicians would just show everyone how it's done. Plus, it's not your secret to give out. You want to invent your own material and reveal it go ahead, but it's different to show someone else's stuff. Besides, magicians have a means of displaying skill and showmanship. This is done by flourishes, not telling everyone how it's done. They practice and work hard to perform to get views, instead of just telling how it's done. They hide the method for a reason.
