I've never had any qualms about their parentage, their residence, nor their accents. Our ancestry is what it is. I remember when I was wee, watching Scotland booted out of the World Cup (again lol) saying what an amazing, world beating footie team a UK team would be. And I STILL think that. @NinaLuvsFriedChicken You might want to do a bit more research into oil and wind power. Without Scotland England suddenly loses a vast vast majority of its income. I would rather Scotland was independent because of the attitude of a lot of English who think WE are holding them back just as you stated. The best scenario is we all work together, but as long as you want to both drain us dry and insult us at the same time I'll stand by independence being the best for us.

If we kept all our oil and wind income then we would be the 2nd or 3rd wealthiest nation in Europe. Parliament makes sure the general public in Scotland aren't aware of that though. @weegit99 Yeah, I read through the other comments and found out about a 'festival' but the description says 'impromptu' dance implying that it wasn't part of the festival, and concidering there is only a small classroom of people dancing it doesn't look good. Plus i've heard of scottish discriminating against the English quite a bit and the intention (or done) of seperation from the English so i put all those together to come to that assumption.

Some people need to calm down! This is the Edinburgh Fringe festival, that's why they're dancing - nothing to do with mocking England. It's just a funny juxtaposition placed beside the TV screens showing the London riots. And people laugh at tragic events all the time! If you can't laugh what can you do?
