@PestVic snooker and english pool tips are around the same size... american pool tips are much bigger because the balls are bigger, if you used a snooker tip with american balls you will most likely miscue when using spin on the ball :) the smaller the tip, the more spin you can get on the ball but its also the more likely to miscue your shot
