Long way to go for a short gully - 2/3rds of the run is in the corrie, but it's a nice place to be. Quite steep for Grade 1, but the snow was good. Loads of other lines in the corrie, but all "protected" by monsterous cornices. The descent down the stream line from Cairn Toul won't last long below the lip of the corrie. West, East and Central Gullys in Coire Brochain all looked complete and in good shape, although East is likely to have an arete down the middle of it!

Braeriach and Cairn Toul, 14th April 2011.
Who says there's no snow left in the highlands?!
I know where I'm heading next week...
Cheers Scott!
