  • Hey My Band is Opening up for them in Baltimore on July 11th at the Sidebar. Tickets are $10 and you can buy them online. Come to our page and click Buy Ticket if you want to go

  • I feel insufficiently bearded or stoned to press 'like' on this.

  • I was going to like this, but it is at 69 right now, so i'll just leave it.

  • gotta listen to this one everyday to get my day started.. the ending is so sabbath

  • Yeah... T-Roy.., was a roadie for Buzzov•en, cueing tapes with the intros and outros for the shows.......it was sweet times!

  • First off I live in the same town and "grew up" with T-Roy and Dave, and Dave was in a band called AfterForever with my old roommates. THEN during the AF years.., Dave had a side band.., Weedeater! Yes Sourvein was kicking' before with AF. So they had the doom.., previously before Weedeater's sludge.

Dave just filled in for a few bands (Sourvein, Buzz•oven, Bongzilla to name some) that needed help on tour, etc. That is how it happened......so now go spread some truth!

  • @lovediesel Curious, do you know any of the guys from All Tore Up?

  • @AllanFowler Yep.....

  • *fave*

  • @JacHell666 dixie dave collins and t-roy are kin folk.. dixie even playedin sourvein and t-roy used to roadie 4 BUZZOV*EN another band dixie was in.

  • Liz Buckingham is so hot!

  • Amen to that!

  • damn first time hearing this band they fucking kickass. they remind me alot of weedeater

  • @JacHell666 Probably because Dixie Dave Collins(Weedeater bassist/vox)and T-Roy(Sourvein vox)are cousins for one thing, not to mention they've played together in Sourvein and recently in HAIL!HORNET

  • sourvein were around 4 years before weedeater! weedeater sound comes from sourvein.

  • @chuckodonovan They all come from Sabbath

  • Weed eater played in my home town and I had to fricking work!!!!!

  • Liz and T-Roy are cool. I used to have an Alabama sludge band called Molehill that had several memorable shows (and partying experiences) with them and Dixie and the Weedeater crew. Thanx for puttin' up this vid!

  • Comfort Measured in Razorlines is one sick beast of an album, man!

  • liz!sludge and roll

  • it seams that every sludge metal band has the guitarist playing an sg and th bassist playing a ricenbacker

  • Or a Les Paul for the guitarist. One of those two.

  • don't forget the Lakeland basses.

  • That's the sound. HAIL SABBATH!

  • you can hear that cape fear/ monkey junction in their ass

  • .01% $OURveinsludge

  • black flag shirt to boot. love em

  • Is that the gorgeous Liz i spy in this video? Met her in person! ;P

I should add, Sourvein are fucking badass.

    Doom on!

  • Yes it is Liz and looking really hot might I add.

  • i play doom wit a daisy rock bitch

  • ROFLOL!!! mostbadass, u RAWK!

  • SG=only guitar to play doom on

  • yeah copy black sabbath some more why won't ya

  • Who? Me or the band?

  • I'm just saying that any guitar can be pretty much good for doom. I use an Ltd F-50 with 56 size strings and its amazing for me.

SG is just a stereotype doom guitar just cause of Iommi

  • Well, yea and they just look down right evil. I was just saying that. I actually use a les paul with emg's with 52 gauge strings for my doom stuff

  • hell yeah dude. a Gibson or Epiphone? just wondering bout the quality differences. think Gibsons are actually worth every penny? they are ALOT of money compared to Epiphone.

  • Epiphone, SG and a les paul trans black with emgs. Their just as good as a gibson and no im not just saying that because i own one. I went to guitar center and tried a epi les paul standard and a Gibby(same model) on a marshall JCM 2000(i think) with the same settings and i got NO difference in tone. Just a different head stock and about quarter of the price

  • I have an Epiphone G400 that I bought new in 2000 (for $400) and when compared to a Gibson SG Standard of similar vintage, the Gibson does sound better. I think it is primarily because the stock G400 pickups were not as good as the stock Gibson ones. The Gibson craftmanship overall is better (granted though not leaps and bounds better). The Gibson headstock shape looks better, in my opinion, but that part is just cosmetic. Sound comparison was with a Laney tube amp, not a solid state amp..

  • aha, no wonder Jus Oborn drafted her for Electric Wizard.

  • Sourvein are some of the coolest dudes I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and blazing out with...

    DOOM

  • liz is a goddess!!

  • Sourvein rule!

  • Liz rocks and she's hotter than a Georgia firecracker!

  • agreed

  • great tune - and yeah, Liz rocks!

  • awesome band!!!

    but the video really suck!!!!

  • Get stoned and watch the video. It might not suck so much after that!

  • god-damn! t-roy tearin' it up as usual and liz remains a doomed goddess. just wish they'd done a video for bangleaf instead of seamerchant.

  • dont need to label something that sounds right

  • thank you...

  • would this be filed under sludge stoner doom groove death metal then?

  • Awesome! Liz rules! A major influence for me.

  • keep it underated for as long as you can, less is more

  • ohhhhhhh fankoooooooooooo

  • WOW! Good Band.

  • vegaboys

  • weed

  • These guys are friends of mine. T-roy and Clyde are regulars at my restraunt. Theyre playing a show here in town before they head off to a European tour. Cant fucking wait.

  • AWESOME! Definitely one of the most underated bands going.

  • FUCK YEAH!

  • Criminally underated band...
