How do you unlock this course? I heard somewhere that you had to run over chicken eggs in practice mode, but I've never seen the chickens lay eggs in my game =/

The problem was that I was using a rom, so the chicken eggs wouldn't appear in practice mode.

Let this be a lesson to us all - don't count your chickens before you squish their eggs! ...or something.
