@dumbbellpresser, As long as the ass touch the bench and feet are touching the ground, they are accetable. In some federations feet doesn't have to touch all the way.
But, this is not give you an example of a powerlifting bench that will prep you for competition. No, this is a gymlift and will give you an example how you can lift without worrying about rules; after all this is the gym, not in a competition.
