look are u 100 percent sure that he's neutered? because as far as I know only those tomcats do that which are keen on mating , and a neutered tomcat is not supposed to fancy mating . eh ?

yes we neutured him when he was around 8 months old. but for some reason he still does this? but he stopped lately. he's 4 now. weird.
