Lol, I cant believe my hand is causing so much shit. I just put it up because its what I've always done is all. Cupping the mic is a technique which can help you get low screams sounding a bit lower, and it seems to help even without a mic...I don't know if its just because of habit or if it actually does but it works for me and I don't feel as comfy doing it without.

SM58 is defo the best mic to go for man, unless you wanna go all pricey and that anyway. Thanks for the support everyone!
