Is that 'Funky' George on the drums? I'm not sure if any keyboard player including Herbie, Larry Dunn, etc, could 'rock' Summer Madness like Brother Ricky West! I recall them playing the intro about 15 minutes at the Apollo with the dry ice machines working....years and years ago :-).....when they finally got to the keyboard everyone was so mellow and chilled ....ahh the days of a concert without metal detectors.....

There are 2 versions of Summer Madness. The more popular version heard in Rocky I and the Lebron James commercial is from 'Light of Worlds.'

The slower, rarer, more funkier version that sounds more like this performance can be heard on the 'Hollywood Swinging' album.

They're both classic, it just depends what mood you're in.
