Heath was a freak vocally. I remember recording at his place and he would just effortlessly pump out these amazing songs that most artists would carry one as their whole careers flagship songs. He'd just lay em down in one take, then jump back on the playstation like it was just another night. Real inspiring. Miss ya bro.
I was privliged enoughh to have Heath and his band play at my 16th birthday live... ong that was 13 years ago... they played for about 45 mins an the police came and shut em down!
i never met Heath or saw him play sadly, but I have his CD and am blown away by his talent everytime i listen to it. I hope its ok that i learn one or two of his songs to include into my set now and then. Justin, what a powerhouse singer. a real tribute to his brother. :)
