@FREE6678 yes, and it is a FEDERAL CRIME with a stiff penalty and jail time for shooting a bald eagle. however, native indians may use the remains in their "religious rituals" and the US Forestry Service may kill an eagle or an eaglette when they have to. did you know that there are places in America where there is an over-population of bald eagles? did you also know that there are more trees planted in the ground in America NOW than there was in 1900 ?
