Though we are in the business of selling Foreclosed homes, every time we have to show one of these homes to potential buyers it is an extremenly sad situation. The american dream to own a beautiful home became a nightmare for many of us NO Thanks to the banks for wanting to make a quick buck by approving us for loans we did not qualify! Now, after their -----, we have to pay the price! (Many personal friends and fam. affected by this)... very Sad!

It is unclear why Hon. Philip Gutierrez issued ruling on a case with prejudice without hearing the case because several documents of evidence was submitted to the court.
He ignored the truth and and The US District Court, Central District of Calif court system is taking advantage of citizens because Judges avoid allegations of Fraud and the justice system continues to fail citizens and there is no purpose of citizens relaying on the courts to make the right decision and get a fair trial.
Why is it okay for banks to get (Blank Assignments/ No Original Notes, illegal foreclosures, fake documents etc) away with Mortgage Fraud and why do the State and Federal courts have corrupt Judges and Lawyers. There are corrupt federal judges in the US District Court Los Angeles.

Banks didn't make the loans, you did with your signature according to HJR192 of June 5th 1933. Read for youreslf. You own your mortgage or more true the fact, there i no mortgage. it is already paid.
when u signed the papers at closing you actually made the loan, not the bank and it was paid for at that point. so in truth they can't come up with the paperwork because they never made a loan. You made the loan consequent to HJR 192 June 5th 1933. Read for yourself. So they never made the loan because they don't make loans.
I had the same lender that Lynn did. They never sent me a notice of foreclosure sale, they just sent me back my mortgage payment and put a sticky note on my door to evict me and the court said it was ok.... Quite sad....

I am still living here, have never moved, don't intend to.
I recommend that everyone else do the same. They can't sell it, they haven't sold mine, and they aren't going to.

when u signed the papers at closing you actually made the loan, not the bank and it was paid for at that point. so in truth they can't come up with the paperwork because they never made a loan. You made the loan consequent to HJR 192 June 5th 1933. Read for yourself. So they never made the loan because they don't make loans.

I had the same lender that Lynn did. They never sent me a notice of foreclosure sale, they just sent me back my mortgage payment and put a sticky note on my door to evict me and the court said it was ok.... Quite sad....

This is nuts. We should string up every bank CEO and his executives for this crap. They are modern day pirates squeezing the life out of our economy and our souls. 60 Minutes should also talk about the Promissory Notes that were destroyed. Just type in google the following phrases "Florida Banker Association destroyed the note". A bank needs the original note in order to foreclose.
Bair wants to pay $20,000 to family in danger of being foreclosed on, so that they will leave the house in a voluntary way. That way, the bank would avoid the foreclosure lawsuit. However, the banks are still hesitant to use any of their money for this special fund.
