My daughter is almost 6 yrs old now but I had a really good quick labour (painful though!!) and fast easy delivery so I was blessed. Number 2 is due in 7 weeks time and I hope that Im as lucky as the first time! Labour is still very fresh in my mind lol.
Amaya is simply beautiful. I was in labor 11 hours singing Prince songs lol. But you're right, nothing compares to when that baby gets here and they place them in your arms! Breastfeeding is wonderful. Good for you! Congrats!

Aside from the 10 months of pregnancy and excruciating pain? I didn't even plan Amaya, my husband pulled a fast one LOL I love her to death, but I plan on focusing on just her and finishing school. I'm not the type who wants a little troop, one is good enough for me. Also, I have sisters and we don't get along, Amaya will be ok just playing with cousins and her half-brother when he visits : )

Yes, it was scary. Thank god that part is over. Now, we just have to get out of this damn hospital and take my angel home!!!! The healing will be rough, if you can avoid a c-section.... do it! I wish I could walk around with her but I'm pretty much confined to bed except a few walks a day and trips to the bathroom : ( For now, feeding is our biggest thing. That is a full-time job in itself LOL Can't wait to see yours, I'll be watching : )

Myabe thats why i'm trying to do a vaginal delivery with this little one. Luckily I never had contractions with my daughter so i have no clue what thats going to be like.
