Well, I consider YM a very welcome step ; the 2 previous albums were really overproduced IMHO ; great singer + tricky songs + loud guitars + orchestra kind of drowns the melody... The new songs are still kind of crazy but more pop and harmonious ; to me, that's the way to go. I think every bit that comes from Paul Mac merges perfectly and serves the songs. As for the hair, I guess d does what he wants ; I grow my own hair and write my own songs, that way I'm not too critical of other people ;) !
@NdannsN it might have just been filmed early in the morning! and who knows, he smokes a bit of dope every now and again, and he did it lots during the writing of diorama...maybe he's smoking a bit now to relax and get some ideas flowin for the new album!!! :)

Honestly, he hasn't been looking well since 2008. He looked so buff and healthy in late 2006 and early 2007, but then he really looked completely exhausted after the YM tour. I was shocked how terrible and strung out he looked at the 2008 Apra Awards. And in the latest photos and videos I've seen he just generally looks drawn, sad and gaunt. I always worry about him though...
@tortoise35cat I totally agree, apart from thinning hair, he still looked real healthy and good in early 2007 and then, all of a sudden, he permanently seemed puffy, gaunt, simply miserable. also he seems constantly stoned and I'm definitely not anti drugs in general but this looks like some very unhealthy abuse of meds, alcohol or whatever to me. so the "...in moderation" seems slightly cynical here :/
I know, he used to be the prettiest out of the lot of them, now he looks like a balding douche bag, he needs to shave and grow his hair long again, and while he's at it write some decent music because YM sucked.
