From what I've read, the first single released by KISS was "Kissing Time." It wasn't on the original pressings of the first album, but released separately as a single. The song was put on the album later.

@camarotoro ok i am aware that gene and paul wanted the kiss solos to sound like the 70s but is it really necessary for tommy to use ace's makeup and persona? if he had his own, and Possibly wrote HIS OWN old school versions of the solos the fans would stop hating him, and gene and paul would have the right sound.
