Nothing in the song about rape but I do think this is a song about longing for a vagina. If I understand things correctly, it is not just about any longing but about a man who has traveled the world and has had sex with many women. He has a longing not for any specific woman, but quite the opposite for different kinds. When he is Latin America he longs for a European woman, and vice-versa.
