@MrWill1985 yes the jobs here pay well. Plus we have recently acquired large companies that have moved Their headquarters to charlotte....an example would be chaqueta banana.mits a beautiful place to live and the history and southern culture is plentiful. I love Charlotte it's near the mountains the beach and experiences comfortable seasons. I hope this helped...good luck to. You on where ever you plan to move.
I am considering moving to Charlotte after seeing how cheap apartments are in Charlotte. Do jobs pay good in Charlotte. If so I may consider eventually moving there and get away from the Northeast where rent is high and cost of living keeps going up.
I'm going to Charlotte in May to watch some Nascar racing, But I will be there for 13 days. While I'm there what else should I see or what else should I do, so I can leave and say I really experienced " Charlotte" ?
I am 14 and i was born in Los Angeles California but i moved to charlotte when i was 6 years old and just about 8 months ago i moved back to LA and im really missing charlotte. the people, the city, the food....its just second to none. I MISS YOU QUEEN CITY!!!!
this makes me so homesick,. im from here and had to move to the dantes inferno tourist trap called orlando. i want to go home so bad <3 queen city forever
@BatNuklier , if you think the drivers in NC are bad, you've obviously never been to New England, New York, or even above the Mason-Dixon line for that matter.
@varanana3 it is not warm all year round. there is a winter in charlotte, a short one, maybe 3 months(Late November, Dec, Jan, Feb, And Early March)......which translates to 25%. If you think that it can't get cold in Charlotte, than I don't know what Charlotte you're living in.
Charlotte NC is one of the top 5 cities in america that people are locating to. i'm so glad I located! and all I hafta to say is...the absolute worst drivers in the world are from NC and SC. people in the Carolinas don't know how to drive worth crap.
Never thought about adding bogus statistics to put the point across...nice job. Escpecially liked the jogging around the bridge 1:23 makes charlotte seem so friendly and thought out. Good video
Whoa! I'm from Atlanta and all my family is in clt and go there for weeks at a time A LOT so I know both cities well and Charlotte is one of the most beautiful places I've been and it's pretty big and I love it and it's growing like crazy but Atlanta is too. Because of the buisness and current population and growth rates I can allmost guarintee you that however big clt may get, it will not ever top atl
@p965s gotta disagree. north carolina is the fastest growing state east of the mississippi . most id imagine moving to charlotte. many from up north. my hometown, about 45 minutes from charlotte, mst ppl end up moving to clt eventually. it has the potential to get as large as atlanta if not larger. atl just has the history . clt population wise is the 20th largest city in the country, already beating atlanta. atl just has the suburbs. glad to see clts skyline grow.
@hky3212007 yah I know there are a lot of northern folks moving there and all but the thing in clt is that the city is HUGE... like physicaly. your burbs are in the city limits like down in south charlotte or queens area. City limits streatch south or 485 on rea road! Atl is mostly buiss with a handfull of people in places like buckhead and virginia highlands. midtown has just started to boom in the past coupple of years. but yeah im glad to see the clt skyline now too, still with more cranes up
@hky3212007 and btw... bank of america must be pissed! the duke energy building...wachovia ;(... looks bigger than their building from afar now. and also whats your hometown?
Charlotte's gonna probably be bigger than Atlanta within time. It looks really pretty. I like Atlanta a lot too, since I'm from around their, but Charlotte looks like Atlanta except with more nature and charm to the city.

1% black and white,...99% mexican! Might as well change the name of the town AND that state! how about "wet-back" carolina. Charlotte Mexico! Fuck you and that shit hole!
it took my computer forever to load this clip..and its basically the equivalent of a douche commercial. not very helpful for people looking to see whats to do and stuff in Charlotte.
Crime is bad in some areas of the city, Beaties ford road is one to stay off of if possible. I'd also recommend not getting a house in the metro area, go a bit outside of the city, there are some really nice houses on the boarder of concord and charlotte (which is where I live)
not really but is getting there jobs are very few i mean a good ones and also depends where u want to live.... but there are some places cheap and very safe,,,
Yuck, that sax is so FLAT! It's almost like it's playing in a different key. Oh the city looks nice though
