Head pig Ramsey is an ancient, dimwitted, inept, arrogant, obese political hack who would not qualify to lead janitors in the private sector, which has real standards for employment. Just because Ramsey has ordered the arrests of .2% of corrupt cops versus the previous commissioner's .1% does not make him a good leader. There will never be any true accountability in Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department. Arrests of (disproportionally minority) scapegoat pigs neither count nor help.
