The video you sent me is intellectual drivel and I cannot believe somebody who can use a computer would fall for this stuff. Michael Behe's "irreducible complexity" is a sad, tired old discredited argument and Behe's own employers are embarrassed by him. @NoFaithNoPain --- With all respect, I debate your concept of how religions begin. While few religions are fabricated, most religions are based on real experiences and perspectives. For instance, geography and environment play key roles in a culture's cosmology, thus impacting religion. Secondly, the faith of Asherah has been around since ancient mesopatamia. I agree that this video is misinformed at best, but this is not how religions begin.

@NoFaithNoPain i think asherah was actually a canaanite godess, so the person who made this video isn't just making things up they are posting their belief which they are perfectly entitled to do. the scientific creation story is hardly scientifc, it's all based on a big IF, I respect scientific things that have a certainty to them and the big bang has too many "reasonable doubt" hole s in it.

" which is my belief, which I can justify and therefore something I am entitled to. I do wish people would get out of their own backsides before posting. @RedDragon033195 Christian? No not at all. I'm not religious, but I do believe there was a man Jesus, and there is a Creator. It turns out there is, His name is Yahweh, and His wife's name is Asherah. From them all life came forth, we are their image. The name's Yahweh & Asherah have been distorted & removed from ancient texts over the years, many false stories made up. The new age movement spreads further mis-truths. But as Yahweh says, don't take His word for it... find the Truth for yourself

If you had bothered to read in depth from an academic resource you would know the part about Enki stating that Terran Humans are meant to be companions, not slaves. Furthermore you would have read that we would be judged solely by what is in our hearts, and that compassion is a favorable aspect of our species from the outside perspective. Learn from decent sources.
