@TheAmmunationStation I am sure you could do a spring swap of some sort.. i dont see why you would though. These triggers are some of the best out there. If you cant shoot well with this gun, shooting slowly, you probably only need to be shooting 1911s lol.
Hello JCP, I was curious, is your Kahr cw9 a left handed version or is the slide catch and mag release reversible? Im looking at buying one this Saturday and would love to have it configured for left handed use. My other option is a ruger lc9, but I am leaning more towards the khar as it has the Dawson night sights installed. Answers about the left handed configuration would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I just did my break in, yes it is extremely tight. I put 4 types of ammo through it , 200 rounds all together, not one failure! I'm using this as a summer alt. to my 26.
The CW9 became more accurate with more rounds. I would trust my life with this little gem, it's a keeper.
I bought mine today. It's a nice gun. Put more than 120 rds on it. Corbons and Winchester115gr.. Awesome. Can I ask you where do order your pm9 base plate?
@JCP281 Thanks! I just ordered. I've got the one for the pm9. I am using the Remora holster made for the snubnose and it's working pretty well. The Uncle mike's is also a good fit for pocket holster. Everybody who's get the pm9 ends up getting an extension grip. I think we're in good shape. Your tips were valuable and combined with some stuff I read made my decision easy. Please keep posting more videos about this gun. Ex; If you decide to add accessories ok?
@andretitipower Yea i was pretty surprised when I compared the specs myself. I would have thought the LC( would have been smaller. I dont see how you can fit that in a pocket. Im a bigger guy and the handle is visible in my front pocket cargo shorts.
I prefer the checkering on the front and backstraps, was a huge reason I bought my CW9 and PM45. If I have to break it out (God forbid) in a defensive situation, I want to know I can get a solid grip, even during a hectic situation.
@G0neTomorrow I agree with you on that aspect. I just go to the range a lot and didnt want that to bug me over time. The stippling is VERY functional on these pistols, but at the range, I want some comfort to!
is that a leftie model? the slide stop and magazine catch is on the right side of the gun. ok i just saw the rest of your post..... thats the first i've heard of reverse display image. it sure fooled me! i was about to ask you about the flate basepad till you mentioned it on the vid. i like what you did.
if your familiar with the new LC9... is it the same size?
Can you change the connector? So it can be a like a 3 pound trigger pull....

Do you know if the slide release is reversible for lefties?

@ed2276 No it is not, you would have to get it milled.

@JCP281 How long it took for you to get it home?

i guess the kahr cw9 is a winner over the LC9. the CW9 has a 3.6" barrel vs the 3.12" barrel of the LC9.

@andretitipower LOL no, not a lefty model, I used an iSight apple camera to record this, so the image is mirrored over.
The LC9 .01" longer than the CW9 and the same height. I think the CW might be a tad thinner also. not positive though.
