your entire hand is in front of the screen most of the time while controlling that interface. opening, closing, switching should all be done at the bottom of the screen.
Yes you can change icons to other programs easily. It is also suggested for consumer users that you us Thinix MyMashup with Thinix Touch, allows instant touch buttons to be made for nearly anything.
On devices with accelerometers Thinix Touch will detect the orientation change and adjust accordingly. Free 30 day trial on the Thinix website.
Is it possible to change an icon to a different program? Such as using firefox in place of internet explorer, or changing to a more preferred media player?
Finally... A well designed touch interface on top of Windows 7. We would see more of this if microsoft built their own for OEMs to use instead of requiring hardware companies to design and program their own crappy, unresponsive, unintuitive interfaces.
Now it just needs an accelerometer, and it would be even better.
@Tehtog A retail version will be available tomorrow, July 6. A license entitles you to indefinite use --> You can download a full-feature 30-day trial, but to continue using after 30 days will require a license.
Very nice :)

Awesome application, I'll be buying it for my Slate 500.
What wireless keyboard is that you're using toward the end of the demo?

@anubis9109 Thinix Touch 6 now supports full dynamic rotation. On devices equipped with an accelerometer, the screen can dynamically orient itself.

can you get rid of the cursor?
vegittoru 1 year ago
@vegittoru I take it you're using this in Windows XP? The cursor automatically hides in Windows Vista/7
