The only way we would even know it is that compasses would start pointing south instead of north. What riduclousness. Here's some Zeta Talk for you. Oceans don't slosh! Even if there were some sort of global earthquake - impossible if you understand the theory of plate tectonics - but assuming it was possible, the floor of the oceans are filled with mountain ranges and trenches and the coastlines are irregular, as a result, water would never "slosh" around like it does in your bathtub which has a smooth bottom and regular sides. You can have tsunamis but that's not "sloshing".
