@greatman3388 It's a 10/11 mission co-op game that came with the PS2 version of Half Life. You play as Collette Green and Gina Cross who were scientists helping with the Antimass Spectrometer (one of them pushes the cart with the Xen crystal onto the platform to give it to Gordon, for example.)

@Zeldarulah Okay, makes sense. So its a parallel story, like BS and OP-F. How exactly does it end? Seeing as I've never heard of Gina nor Collette before, I'd imagine it isn't too good. The games ending, from your videos, contradict that of which you can see a body at the end of BS that looks like Collette and a body in OP-F that looks like Gina. Am I wrong?

@greatman3388 Yes--you're wrong. The models of the two characters were made for Deathmatch mode. Blue Shift actually came out before Decay. Those are simply two random bodies that used that model to diversify the dead bodies a bit. As for what actually happened to them, it is unknown, however at the end of the game they are fine.

2. Find file "dy_alien.bsp".

3. Rename it to whatever you want.

4. Now it's unlocked. Enjoy :)

Is it me, or is it that in half life and EVERY expansion, you end up fighting in Xen. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's cool, but the plot ends up having to fight some sort of giant alien boss, then usually meeting G-man. I bet they VALVe could have put a little more "something" to it. But still a good game, none the less.

@godzillarules1054 In Opposing Force you're in an obstace course on Xen for what, 5 minutes, (then detained indefinately by G-man) & in Blue Shift there is no boss, only a huge HECU vs Xen shootout that you happen to get mixed up in & no G-man

how can you play 2-player on the PC version? The nitrogen puzzle in the "CROSSFIRE" mission almost always winds up as a failure. That's what I need help on. I've beaten the game, but that specific puzzle always screws things up.

I found a cheat. If you run fast enough over where the marines plant their charges, you can turn off the nitrogen pump thing before they blow up. And, I heard a remix of the ending tune in Pokemon Online Adventures.

No it's hte PC mod, it may only be available there. But that would be strange considering that the scientist says a quote when he sees Gman saying "Hey you, in the tie, let me out of here!" Which I don't think they use anywhere else, so I'm not sure.

In half life uplink the barney standidng on the playform shooting in gargantua he was accualy looking at gman! + in half life 1 a scientist was talking to him in half life opposing force the soldier barney and 1 scientist was talking to hiM! one more thing, when Gman strolls by, he looks through a door with a scientist zapped into the area. Scientist will cry out, "You, with the briefcase, please let me out of here! Wait, where are you going? Stop! Come back!" That right there indicates the very first time someone actually acknowledged G-man's presence! That is epic, man!

When I found the Decay mod and installed it, the flashlight icon was inactive, so I will change it. I also wish I could play the PC mod in 2 player mode, maybe with dad.

You have to have steam with Half Life (non-source) on it. Also you could do that if he also had it on steam.

But I do. I found that there was no command for the flashlight at all in the command menu, so I fixed that. Did you know that both players can talk? Only if they defeat an enemy on their own, or if being hit, including by the other. Ex: "I've taken damage!"

You can do the secret 3 twice if you missed the first or second ones. Does the panel work with the crowbar?

To play Decay: open Half-Life and go to Custom Game and Activate "Decay". Make sure that Decay is installed correctly or else it will not show up.
