you dont have to have a jailbroken phone to create any ringtone, all songs in itunes whether purchased thru itunes or any other place can be converted into a ringtone/alarm tone by converting to ACC and changing to m4r file

I promise you dont have to pay, google "itunes m4r" and any, I mean song you already have, paid for through itunes or not can be converted into a ringtone for free. You have to find the part of the song u want less than 40 secs, convert to AAC, save it and change the extension to m4r and you will have a ringtone. I skipped some steps, but its about 10 steps in all really, really simple. Let me know if it works for u.

I know a very easy way to make your own ringtones using any songs. Pm me if you wanna know. It's 100% free,and really easy

You don't really need Any Ring.

You can go into ITunes and make any song as your ringtone if you just convert the file to AAC.

Then, it will automatically become a ringtone.

Umm. The application wouldn't show up if you didn't already have the source.

If the application is not currently working, its because the license has been changed and its no longer cracked.
