In the Inside The Labyrinth documentary, Bowie says she's 14. Principle photography on the film would have been shot in 1985 making her between 14 and 15 depending on when it wrapped. The film was released in 1986 when she was 15 or 16. (as her birthday is not until dec.).

I like comparing this scene and the end scene where she says those lines. In this scene it's so light, slightly overplayed, and immature. But when she says it at the end she's cool, confident, and with a sense of purpose. It really shows how she grew up over the course of the movie.

Keeping her bra on is a way to show how sordid the scene actually was. It denotes that all it was, was sex, dirty sex which meant nothing to her character. If she'd taken her bra off it would've been more sexual which is not what the scene was. It was dirty and humiliating. That's what they were trying to show with the bra staying on.
